Made this because there's only 2 other uploads of HITS Live (as far as I know) and this one is pretty obscure, being nearly 7 minutes into the original upload

2:25 he doesn't look much like Joe here due to his short hair and face being obscured but you can tell it's him by those eyebrows. I hope we see him perform again or release more music. He has a lot of talent and a lovely voice
