Yes, saving favorites is EASY. However, clicking through them is IMPOSSIBLE. The Diamond button on the wheel can't be programmed to go to "Next Favorite" , you can only scroll through ALL 200+stations. What a terrible design flaw. Nobody wants to take eyes off road to make several clicks on the screen to listen through favorites.
