There are options readily available from whatever hobby shop you prefer. It can be either realistic style winches, servo winches, or you can create your own with a spare winch you may have. I would check YT for the last, as there are plently videos that will show you how to do this.

Thanks man!!! If I had to select between my Gmade Bom and my son's 10.2 Honcho, I would choose the Gmade. But in all reality it is not a fair comparison since the Gmade has way too many modifications than the 10.2, which just has some chassis and link upgrades (all the aluminum chassis braces and incision links). Now, both straight out of the box the Bom outperforms the 10.2 by a long mile.
