Subscription is ridiculously expensive and without subscription you can't even see any graphics on the screen. (Forget about tracks, apps etc). Subscription is $2000/ 2 years. Ridiculous.

I do HIIT on the 770AT model (similar to the one the gentlemen is rating ) 3 times a week and it is the most amazing exercise machine that exists on this planet by far !!!!

Is the resistance strong enough to easily reach your maximum heart rate above 170 and get you completely out of breath? Do you think its strong enough resistance to challenge virtually anyone even with very strong legs?

I've been perusing treadmill videos trying to figure out where the clip attaches and what it is for. I was attaching it to my finger, yikes, man did that hurt! Thanks to your video, I will now attach it to my clothing, as a safety precaution. Thanks for the tutorial....

I like how you leaned into the handles. Sometimes the lower body arc trainer can be awkward but these little tips make it a better machine.

What about coordination between arms and leg ?! I've never seen anybody walking this way !!! And when the guy stop using the handles he changes immediatly his coordination between arms and legs. Stupid !

The Keiser has a very light flywheel..some say it gives a motion like a stepper..what is your experience with this bike vs others with for example a 40lb flywheel? Thanks much

Nice video, thanks. The Expresso machines need to adjust for a realistic coast. That one stopped cold on downhill, just like the ones at my gym. It's nice to see your watts, cadence and heart rate. Not all have those metrics on their bikes.
