depends on which brand, some are are comfortable others are unfriendly. i prefer those mixed with milk fibers better

front part of the bottom i did rows with increase on both sides until i split the cups that's where i maintained for 7 rows each cup, then again i reduced on each cup to the top. hopefully i helped
