It was this look that sealed their fate unfortunately.If they had gone with better looking headlights they might have got away with it.They were a brilliant car though and its such a shame there not been made today.

Mine was Dove Grey and Yukon Grey red leather seats etc. reg no TTY584. The starting handle was a dream in winter. My first car £375 was the price.

Fabulous car, i love them. Mine is a 1983 sport. I owned since 1989. Just one thing... Àbove the ash tray, its fog/ wash /wipe/heat rear widow.

My TD6 Vogue is on a 2002 plate, I’ve had it 12 years & spent roughly £12,000 on non-routine maintenance (inc new gearbox, turbo, front suspension, wiper motor, fuel pump, steering angle sensor, discs all round plus 2 callipers, handbrake assembly.) Just watch out for the gearbox, don’t believe the sealed for life claims, the gearbox should be drained, flushed & oil changed every 50k (previous owner of mine clearly didn’t bother.) Mine also gets steam cleaned underneath & has full KROWN anti rust treatment every year in springtime. Clip on my channel 👍

Worst car I ever owned in London..second hand....needed new engine at 45,000 miles..put the key in the door.. barrel came out on end of key..heater was a faint warm waft..swopped it for a mini..huge upgrade..

I bought a brand new one back in the 80’s. It was Yellow & as a young fledgling Businessman, everyone thought I must be making a fortune. Hand Painted Sign Writing on the side. It got washed once a week. I loved that van!!
