I never get tired of this Concerto.

Lavie is such a talented musician. I heard this piece over and over when my elder sister was practicing this all the time for her recital, more than 60 years ago in Seoul, Korea. She is 85 years old now and is still teaching cello for hundreds of younger people in Maryland, USA. Thank you for sharing. DJ (a good friend of Lavie's proud Grandpa!) in Korea.

Великолепно. Классическая музыка принадлежит всему человечеству. Каждый культурный человек (независимо от расовой принадлежности) должен, если не любить, то хотябы знать классику - произведения искусства, составляющие часть Европейской цивилизации - той цивилизации, по канонам которой сейчас существует весь развитой и развивающийся мир. Правда, есть одна раса на планете, которая не приемлет европейскую класическую музыку, европейскую культуру - это арабы, особенно исламской веры. Правда не смотря на это отторжение европейской культуры, арабы с большим удовольствием захватили, заполонили Европу и своим неуёмным размножением, вытесняют из Европы европейцев!!! Неужели это потому, что арабы не любят (и поэтому не имсполняют, не посещают концерты) европейскую классическую музыку? Правда европейские пособия безработным, пособия на детей, арабы (наверное скрепя сердце) принимают. Я как-то во Флоренции, стоя в очереди для посещения дворца Медичи и, как все, восхищённо разглядывая, задрав голову, величественный памятник средневекового европейского зодчества, увидел молодую женщину в чёрной паранже, сосредоточенно, опустивши голову, как буд-то не замечая всего этого величия, всей этой красоты, спешила пересечь площадь, (толкая перед собой двухместную детскую коляску с детьми, а рядом, держась за коляску с обоих сторон, бежали ещё двое маленьких детей). Проследив за направлением движения этой процессии, я увидел на другой стороне площади здание с надписью "социальная служба". Молодая женщина, мусульманка, шла-торопилась, а вокруг туристы со всего (не арабского) мира, спешили заполнить свои карточки памяти в фотоаппаратах всеми красотами выдающегося образца Европейской цивилизации. И мне стало страшно, почти до паники, от мысли - сколько у этой и миллионов оккупировавших Европу арабских молодых женщин и мужчин, потенциала рождаемости!!! Останется ли в Европе место для европейцев?!!!
