yep I live in the middle of all of it.. I love it!
Its from the greenhouse lighting. They are prodomanantly owned by foregners who break the laws in place for light pollution. They either have the capital to pay fines or just ignore them and helps keep 1000s of people up at night and in constant distress. You should see closer to the greenhouses.
