@@SeyaDiakite7 Thank you for the suggestion! I love the idea, but due to a sensitive shoulder scar from a car wreck, I’m not able to do certain physical exercises. However, I made a video focused on breathing exercises that might be just what you’re looking for (the therapy role play video). I’d be happy to share that with you or explore another ASMR idea if you have one in mind!
