At the end of the day, it's a game cosmetic by a company that's going to do what they want. If you like the skin, then use it. It's your money, it's your choice.

You shouldn't have brought it, but now that you have it, you should ALWAYS use it to get some value back. Every year they will make another immortalized legend skin, do not keep buying them, I promise you as a roblox player (those limiteds are expensive) its not worth the price.

In a similar position here. I was all for the boycott at first but after seeing that the skin was going to be a once-in-a-lifetime thing, I was really tempted to buy it. And while Faker did also encourage people to buy it, the last bit of copium I huffed that led me to buy it was that Tyler1 had the skin and he was fine with it. I'm not rich like him, but money is meant to be spent and when I see something I really like, and I have the money for it, I will buy it. This is also the first skin I've bought using actual money and the only other skin I've bought before this skin was bought using RP from Amazon Prime. Realistically speaking, I have spent in total maybe $450 on skins while there's people spending money to buy every single battle pass and skin that comes out, totaling way higher spending on skins than me. Also, CSGO/CS2 players exist and their skins fluctuate by tens, hundreds, or sometimes even thousands of dollars for barely noticeable changes, on top of an already ridiculous price. Point is: this spending is mild compared to any average gamer (especially CS players)

unfortunately... i hate to say this but... the NA boycott of not buying the skin? in my opinion... literally doesn't matter. i'm not saying the intentions were bad I acutally supported it for a bit, but it just really doesn't matter to riot. I didn't say this in the video, but i'll add this to a pinned comment here. (NONE OF THE THINGS BELOW ARE SAID WITH ANY HARD EVIDENCE, IM NOT SAYING IM LYING, BUT I'M JUST SAYING WHAT I NOTICE.) Don't "take this with a grain of salt", because I'm not making anything here up, and I have done some research, just not enough to be completely confident. But I will say. I'm pretty confident in what I'm saying. Whales. Whales are people who have a lot of money and are not afraid to spend it. I don't know about Korea, but at least in China. Whales are very prominent, even if all of NA was like "nah we're not buying it", I feel like the whales over there in China alone are enough to make riot be like "yeah, just have it cost $500". Again, I'm not saying they did the right thing, but business wise? It would not harm them; the whales would singlehandedly make it worth for them. Here's the unfair part about it, the skin's whole point is "made for faker's fans globally", but the real price? That's made only for the whales. Whaling on games is not very uncommon in their culture. Riot wouldn't care if all of NA didn't buy it, they would still make money. Riot made $660,000 from the skin just from a one-hour time period when faker was streaming on LPL TikTok account promoting it, I doubt they spent nearly that much to make the skin. And to be honest? It was never about the price that bothered me, it was how disrespect it was. (Not saying I'm a fan of the price either, but if it was just some random Ahri skin for like... Prestige Elderwood Ahri or something? I wouldn't have cared even if the price was $1000.) So, to summarize, I initially also boycotted it, I stopped playing Ahri, considered maining someone else and just not having skin, until I realized that one, riot will not be hurt at all, even if no one in NA buys it (the ban Ahri thing was mostly here) the Chinese and Korean servers did not care, they were all too busy buying the skin. What about the EU server? What about if the NA and EU and all the other servers didn't buy it? The Chinese and Korean servers alone would make riot profit. Not just a little profit either. PROFIT. Again, I still dislike the price, it felt disrespectful. I understand why they did it, I don't like it, but oh well.

For me this skin feels like a slap in the face to ahri mains/Casual Players/ and Faker. A skin meant to represent probably one of THE most known gamers in the franchise. With the only thing we get being a huge paywall skin for the player who doesn't even use skins. Even with a portion of revenue being given to faker this skin is shear disrespect to everyone in the community. NickyBoi's review of the skin sums up what i'm trying to get across much better then I.

This is my favorite skin to use, the global taunt is amazing and makes for hilarious content too, makes streams very lively. I think it's worth it for people like me who played Ahri for 10 odd years and 6000+ games. So. Ya. If your a Content Creator or a Main it's worth it, otherwise, O hell no.

Honestly its better to spend money on a skin that you'll always use than spend on bunch of skins that you will never use.

Youre happy thats it, nothing else should matter. Why the f should i give a shit about riot asking for 200€ or 500€ for a skin. I mean League of Legens is FREE, many of us have played this game for hundreds of trousands of hours for FREE, no one forced you to buy skins. Additionally Skins are cosmetic no actual in game benefit. If you dont want it dont buy it why do you care so much. Riot has no obligation to sell a skin for a cheap price, that may result in less profit for them becasue the buyers wont buy it but thats their problem. Riot could shut down all servers tomorrow and that would be perfectly legal (i think) and i would be fine with that. No player has the right to tell riot what to do, we didnt even pay for anything.

One thing that stood out to me on your gameplay in general is that trading windows are not clear, I don't play Qiyana nor Jayce but I know you can fight when the enemy burned their spells. An example is when brand was clearing the wave topside at 6:05, if you waited a little longer for him to walk up and burn all abilities on the wave you have a 6s~8s window to burst him. And with the items you have you have enough damage, just the wrong times to go in. In lane if brand uses W-E then you are free to go in right, but if you wanna get better at Qiyana watch BeiFeng content (Chinese #1 Qiyana) Not to be a nerd, but I am a nerd ig lol

Seems like te early deaths really affected you mentally early game since by the end. You had really nice opportunities to use your ult to oneshot them using your combos but you just didn't take them. Hope still enjoy playing league since by the end of it the game is there for our fun.
