Why isn’t my recycler given the change ? The machine it holds the credit and won’t give the bills as change even when the recycler is full ( I could be just a 1$ and it won’t give it back)

there somthing bad about this not all stoere take paypass and there is a 50 dollar limit but mobile paymennts are great

the dude is like whatever this is a stupid idea at least I got a free water bottle out of it. What if you lose your sticker ? or if you put it at the back of your phone and OOP'S you lost your phone or it gets stolen ? it will only lead to more headaches.
