From my experience close to the speed of light since a person can think back on a thought or have the same thought again in the future making it seem like a parallel to light
So would this exponential problem to an exponential solution be caught between -1 to 1 or between 0-1 depending on the dynamics ig bc of the errors of each system

biggest waste of aussie taxpayer dollars of all time... most of the big boys aren't bothering with quantum... too error prone and expensive... just a huge waste of money.. can only imagine the environmental affect it has aswell is it going to run off solar/wind? lol going to need a lot of turbines. Can you take that $2bn and make some FABs here instead?
many things need quantum to be solvable, like modelling molecules, breaking RSA its NOT a waste of money
