I would prefer Epsom Downs services to go direct via Carshalton for quicker London journeys which would also give stations on this route 4 trains an hour instead of 2 to Victoria, this service could continue to operate but terminate at Sutton.

Interesting this service skips Reading but calls at Didcot as from December 2024 timetable this is reversed on this service but with Reading being pick up only.

I find it annoying when the 387 operate to Cardiff as they do not offer seat reservations and have no catering or first class. I think Half hourly Cardiff shoud be fully IET operated calling at Newport, Bristol Parkway, Swindon and Reading with a new hourly service operated by 387 be introduced calling at Slough, Reading, Didcot Parkway, Swindon, Bristol Parkway, Severn Tunnel Junction and Cardiff Central.

The underground Merseyrail stations especially those on the Wirral loop feel a bit like the London Underground and there is even a Northern line in both Liverpool and London.

The DLR is fun to ride on especially when you get the front seat. I thinks its a shame as each new DLR train is desinged the seating gets worse with more longitudinal and fewer transverse options, the new B23 only have 1 row of transverse seats at each end.

I am looking forward to the 701 finalley entering service on all the SWR suburban routes to replace the 455.

Most Cross Country services do not serve Gloucester but Gloucester will be gaining a new service to Edinburgh from the December 2024 timetable change instead of a Nottingham service.

I have thought a semi fast service for Neilston in the peaks would be good running non stop from Glasgow Central to Cathcart.

TfW really need to get on with electrification of the Rhymney line so that the class 756 can enter service on the Rhymney to Bargoed/Bridgend route to move the class 231 to their internded routes.

It would have been better if the Chingford to London Liverpool Street were its own line as these services are non stop Bethnal Green to Hackney Downs so would have made it more obvious that no Chingford services serve Cambridge Heath and London Fields.

I don't get why GWR have kept the mid carriage doors (00:23) as they do not have first class on their class 387, they should at least lock them open.

Its strange Upton and Heswall are not managed by Merseytravel as all the other stations in Merseyside are, even those which are not served by Merseyrail.

You forgot Ormskirk. Merseyrail go to Ormskirk and from there, it connects with the Northern Rail branch line from Ormskirk to Preston
