Hey, yes it was really nice to ride, we did lots of places I’ve never been before but unfortunately the GoPro didn’t work in most of them, definitely new cameras for next time . Yep , all good with me, nearly finished with the work on our house, just need a day without rain 🤣

Sue is going to London to see Nick Cave in November. It’s the first time I’ve seen snow in July and I really don’t want to repeat that 😂

Hey my friends , hope all is good with you and the family, Switzerland was fantastic, we had lots of fun riding the mountains without rain, lost video with the GoPro playing up , it’s really frustrating when you get home expecting to see the video but it’s frozen on the card , I may invest in better cameras. Really REALLY sorry we couldn’t meet up but it wasn’t the year to do it ( weather wise ) please keep in touch so we can make plans for next year, maybe I could just come on my own so I’m free to do what I want and where I want , so we can get together for a ride and dinner. Chris ( BMW ) was fun to ride with, he really knows what he’s doing on a bike and I felt safe with him and mark when we slightly picked up the pace but the dreaded GoPro gremlins had other plans 😂

@@occasionalvillain7676 yeah mate the weather was really not ok. Out of 10 days we only had 3 that we could actually ride the rest we just went to some citys by car. We forgot the go pro as well. Took a gopro from a friend for a day but forgot to take the footage 😂. Yeah, hopefully the stars will align and we can meet up. Ofc we will keep in touch. Im really scratching my head thinking if that was you one day i was going towards Cortina D'Ampezzo. Saw a black xt1200 with a group that was heading towards Pordoi pass. Didn't know if i should turn arround or not. To be honest the weather droped my morale to the floor this tour. Maybe next year buddy.

@SAB-iq1kp it’s been the same when I got home, we’ve had one day without rain so far and it’s cold here, ffs when will summer start. Had a trip booked in August but had to cancel it because I have to do work on our house 😫because of the rain we’ve been having. Next video soon but it’s the best I could do with the video I had . @@occasionalvillain7676 Guessing the football was not the highlight, but you seem to have a super bunch of friends so spend your biking trips with. My daughter passed her test and is thoroughly enjoying riding around on her 500. I think I may have a go at my test when I retire:0)

@@stephenascott8719 hey buddy, the football was good fun and the best team won 😀 that’s brilliant she’s got a 500 , I did lots of miles on a 500 . Bikes are very good at getting you through life with a smile on your face. Had another trip planned in August but had to cancel it as our old house needs some TLC before winter, it’s had a hard time with the weather we’ve been having. Say hello to the family from us . 😀👍🏼🤪

Planning our next trip for next year, maybe we will ride around Ireland and also we’re hopefully going back to Italy, it’s so beautiful there and we both want to go back. I’d love to go further but it takes time and lots of money to travel on a bike. How’s everything with you? Love to the family from sue and me .

Winter sucks, the wind here is terrible at the moment . We have the clock change thing at the start of winter so it’s darker early 😩 still, it’s one day closer to summer 👍😁

It was something very special to do, glad we did it the way we did, I really wouldn’t won’t to go the other way around as it was so steep, I’d do it on my own with no luggage. Got Bridgestone 41 r tyres, very good in all weather’s 😁

Sorry buddy, the last video got deleted so I had to put it up again, mark had to change the way we were going because of the storm over night, lots of the passes were closed, we cut lots out of the video as it’s got lots of trees blocking the view , it was fun though, have a great weekend 😁👍

@@occasionalvillain7676 well i was caught in july 2022 and i got the ticket in april 2023. I was in a 90 km/h zone and got caught with 110 and they gave me 35 eur for that. The good side of the story is that i recived an awesome arial photo of me and the wife on the bike 😁

Oh crap, now I’m really worried, I tend not to show us going fast on video 😳 but I would like a photo of me and sue 😁

Hey buddy, the fog made it an interesting experience , it was in the 30s most of the time so very nice down the mountain, Switzerland is sooo good on a bike especially then as not so many cars about, we both said that we’re doing trips at the wrong time of year because of the traffic we normally get, maybe next year we’ll go early with the group but all booked for the next one

Mad Angus 😂 glad you like it. Switzerland is made for bikes, I had great fun riding with mark for a couple of days, we did as many passes as we could then went back and did them again . We had a fantastic trip. Hope all good with you me old buddy 👍🏼

We’re off to Italy in August so hopefully get some good filming in , I’m going to Switzerland on Friday for a week with Mark but not filming it as I just want to ride and not worry about battery’s and memory cards and all that stuff that goes with it. Talk soon me old friend, love to you and yours
