I had a next-door neighbor move in back in spring 2016 and they have constantly harassed us. When were home there's hitting on the living room wall, mocking of our conversations, accents, and what we're watching on television, they are constantly throwing their apartment door as well looking for attention. When we decide to leave our home, the adult male comes out into the hallway to try to start a conversation, he usually passes by our doorway and always has a sarcastic remark to make along with regularly littering in our doorway. The adult female truly believes that every year and a half when she decides to have another kid that we should be burdened with their baggage of ugly kids who have no manners and are disrespectful. Every time one of their newborn kids starts crying, they start hitting on my living room wall and throwing their apartment door. The adult male is constantly yelling at the kids in their apartment and telling them to shut up he's a very unpleasant individual, who when he sees me in person, he's constantly sucking his teeth and constantly looking to provoke in any way possible. When I get back home, they begin their door throwing again for the rest of the day. I setup an appointment back in October 2023 to see a therapist and for days on end the adult male decided to talk a bunch of unnecessary crap. The people that come to visit their apartment are just as unpleasant and rude who seem to have no aspirations in life as well. The complaints that I've had to file to NYC City agencies have gone unresolved regarding the issue. It's disappointing that someone decided to constantly harass me for eight years straight to the point where I feel, like I'm going to have a heart attack, stroke, or feel like ending my life and my complaints go unaddressed.
