I dont know why my switch is diffrent. It inly has the one button and a lever to bring my seat forward and backward. I ordered a new switch but it still didnt work. Could the fuse have gone bad?

The switches are different sizes for passenger and driver side wtf

When I questioned the service department at Harris Mazda as to why they needed so much time to do such a quick repair they went into a lengthy explanation about how they had to take the whole door panel off, workaround, harness, etc., etc. etc. I watched your video, consulted with a mechanic friend to ensure I was understanding the process correctly. I then went ahead and did the repair within 15 minutes. That is as an unexperienced person who never works on vehicle repairs.

Stopped watching part way through, ordered a switch, reopened video, installed, and BAM it works for $15… THANK YOU, SIR!!

Do you need to remove any fender trim behind the strut after removing the tire?

Thanks I’ve been wanting to do for a while and finally decided on replacing my burnt out bulb. I hate having to remove plastics as something always tends to break on me but this time nothing broke. Took me about 15 minutes to replace the bulb and put everything back together.

My main issue is that the driver seat doesn’t move forward or backwards. Does anyone know how or what is the issue?

Cool, but I already know to go about troubleshooting things in general. But I realize that although troubleshooting is more or less just common sense, not EVERYONE has common sense regarding troubleshooting electronics and such. I repair garage door openers so I have LEARNED common sense. 😃 I watched for kicks but searched for how to manuallly adjust the seat when the AM switch isn't working PROPERLY, but it DOES work partially. BOTH seats do. I liked and shared your video thought . 😎👍🏼

I have 2010 camaro My driver seat goes backwards but not foward the recliner button my passenger seat recliner goes towards front but not backwards

On a mazda 6 window switch the lead hardly moves above the recess 😢 no wiggle room

I have the same issue! I took my Camaro to the dealer, got quoted 2400. Went to other places and recommended used chair replacement. Thought about a way to temporarily put it back manually, then came here looking for a tutorial to remove the seat but your video popped out. I just ordered new switch. Thank you. I will be in touch!
