This was my first time using the V730, and the grip is incredible compared to RS4 and ECF. I managed to shave off 3 seconds compared to my best RS4 times on this track.
First half of the video: This was my fastest lap of the day, though it was only my sixth lap on these new tires, so I was still getting accustomed to them. The V730s don't make much noise at the limit and brake loose past the traction limit, which takes a bit of getting used to.
Second half of the video: By this point, I felt more comfortable with the tires, but the track temperature had risen in the afternoon 95+F, so my lap times didn’t improve.
