Beautiful home! The lot is incredible too.
Lots of things to address prior to signing off. Bad time of year to get good landscaping done. Perhaps a proviso that outdoor call back is expected from you in spring. Things will settle and droop between now and then even if they lay sod out. It might be possible to get an offset deducted from the final settlement payment to cover your own landscaping company.
