@@jamesnewton211 Hi James, mine seems ok mate, did you use the same kind of props as I did? When I fitted the larger section I had props on all 4 corners and 2 in the centre to force the centre section up, It seems to be really well adhered all round. Did you put the CT1 on the cross beams the same as me?

I did lift it up mate, someone had mentioned before to be careful they are very expensive 👍

I went for the GoPro hero 10 black mate, I use that for most recording now and sometimes my I phone, I think that’s a 14 pro max 👍👍 definitely recommend the GoPro though, there’s a noticeable difference between that and my phone recordings. I’m going to get the media mounts attachments for the go pro as well at some point 👍👍

@humourless the body work wasn’t great at all before I sprayed it, I have no plans on selling it I just wanted it to look half decent so I can use it this summer, with the paint being an epoxy primer it’s waterproof so will protect the body and then when I want a “proper” respray the epoxy primer can be flatted back easily and sprayed directly over, saves the body shop having to do a lot of prep work so saves me money, so yes it was a great idea……………

@@worbsnevillethet5 Ok, that will work. But if you have already done the bodywork and prep, why not find someone to final finish it for you? Probably only cost £300 if the prep has been done.

I’ve had quotes for well over £1000 unfortunately so not in a position to get it done just yet, I’m happy enough to trundle round in it like this whilst I save some money up 👍

@@worbsnevillethet5 I would guess deffo going to be that from a big bodyshop. One man business working out of a shed, would paint it for £300 if you supplied the paint.

Definitely a learning curve, it’s not perfect but I’m more than happy with it 👍👍

I’ve just used jotun penguard hb epoxy primer mate, it finishes in the matte grey, I really like the colour so will leave as is for now, save up and get a professional job at some point, I would like to eventually go for Audi nardo grey with a blue interference pearl in the clear coat but will see when the time comes, good luck with your matey 👍👍
