Growing organic cucumbers, setting up bamboo trellis for seedlings to climb
Setting a bamboo trellis in place for the young seedling cucumbers. There are about 5 waves of cucumbers going at the moment so we will always have plenty of these available. We have moved the main vegetable garden to the other side of the hill to rest the last location for a couple years. There is so much work to do and many more vegetables to plant so will post more videos for you to see how we live here in mountains of northern Thailand.

Around 50 mins from Chiang Rai in the north of Thailand lies a stunning mountain range called Pha Hi. The villages scattered along the tops of the mountains at one stage grew opium but now grow coffee. The coffee shops are just wonderful with amazing views to enjoy the home grown brews. This Wat is located in Mae Chan, about 30min drive from Chiang Rai Thailand. It is a Lanna style Temple and is such a beautiful peaceful place to visit
