Honeymoon At Couples Swept Away Negril Jamaica
We had the best time and can not wait to go back!!! The staff was amazing and I was so surprised at how nice the other guests were! We made some great new friends while there! Many people we met have been coming every year and say that it is the best resort they have ever been to. We only stayed 5 days but plan on staying at least 8 the next time we visit. We would HIGHLY recommend going on the One Love Bar crawl! It is the number one thing to do in Jamaica on trip advisor and number 5 in the world! It is also free, you just have to email the man in charge and he will save a spot on his bus for you! Make sure you bring lots of ones!!! He takes you to at least 6 different bars and the last...

Your comments are perfect. I have had this same illness since I was 13 years. I am now 58. Your comment on the feeling scared after is spot on. My situation is a everyday trial. Just a piece of advice. Meds are a must, to help control it. Take it day to day. One step at a time. 🙂

I'm so happy to come by this video! And all the women who also find it helpful. My friends are not epileptic and all mothers and I hear about how it's been so stressful etc or easy. All I think about is fear because I'm epileptic. I've been on Dilantin, Keppra and currently on Lamictal. I've been on Lamictal for the majority of my Epilepsy journey. I had bad side effects with the other medications. So far, with Lamictal everything has been fairly good. I'm 32 and now my husband and I decided to try for a family. I love that you mentioned that it needs to be planned. It totally does. The folic acid is a MUST! I was recommended that if I want to even think about having a baby to start prenatals and folic acid intake asap. I've been doing so and feel great. Probably better than usual. Maybe us women should just take prenatals regularly, lol. I don't work to keep my stress level down. Every job I've had I've had seizures. I also don't live alone. My parents live with us, my husband and I. So I always have someone near for help. That was important to me. I was living alone prior. And then we lived together and when babies came into the mix, I knew I was going to need the extra help. So I'm so blessed and thankful for that. Have any of you thought about that? Cause I know it's going to be hard and tiresome etc. And that's all got seizures written on them. I really would recommend either a friend or family member or maybe even a dula or maid who can assist with anything you need. The extra help is a must I think. Or just someone who can be a stand-by incase of emergency. I think I'm also going to document the process for informational purposes cause you don't find a lot of this on RUclips. Thank you so much! 💓

Tip for having a baby: Take folic acid (it's a vitamin) right now every day so you have taken it for at least 3 months before you get pregnant. And take it during pregnancy. Quit your job completely. Become a stay at home mom. Rest and sleep as much as you can during pregnancy, girl, take advantage of that! And maybe best to have a c section. Also quit coffee, rather drink chamomile tea, and lots of it. I have two normal, very intelligent, wonderful children and I had grand mal seizures during my first pregnancy. The right medication doesn't affect your baby at all, and having a seizure while pregnant doesn't affect your baby at all too, as long as you're safe in bed. Or on a sleeper couch in the living room getting pampered. The only thing is to go on a diet and exercise as soon as your baby is about a year old so you don't get overweight like me. 😂 But don't worry about it. You will be fine, especially if you know when a seizure is coming and you can go lie down before the seizure starts.

@@laasiatv9475 Don’t stop taking your meds. All epilepsy meds do increase risk of birth defects. My current meds (lamotragine and keppra) haven’t effected baby. Call hospital to tell them. It’s scary but the best thing you can do is continue with your meds. The main med which dangerous is sodium valproate. I don’t think yours is that risky. It’s often used during pregnancy. I am currently taking Keppra, Vimpat, Zonegran and Lamictal. My neurologist wants me off of Lamictal before becoming pregnant due to chance of cleft lip & pallet. He said Keppra is the safest. I was taken to the hospital and observed for 24h. Everything was fine. The neurologist said it seems like an epilpesy but won't give me medecine and ordred a IRM which i am still waiting for. At 15 weeks i had another seizure but while asleep and i broke 4 teeth and damaged my tongue. I am afraid. I will see the doctor again in a month. I think he will give me pills because it's my second one. :(
