The construction of the Summer lady finished in Homer a few weeks before the 2023 season began. We then crossed the Cook Inlet, went over the mountains to Iliamna Lake, and down the Kvichak river to arrive in Bristol Bay. At just .50, the price per pound was at an all time low during the 2023 season in Bristol Bay. Another successful year catching as much fish as possible was vital.
