It separates cause it’s a bi-formula (idk the word but yknow what I mean) it has multiple components in it that do different things, so if you were to just spray it without mixing you wouldn’t get the full effect. It’s like a oil-water type concept

Very sorry about the Airbnb situation. How awful to travel so far and have that happen. I own a rental myself: do not Airbnb in Japan. The Airbnb culture over there is not at the level elsewhere in the world. We don't even advertise on Airbnb tbh.
