This Hotwheel Started a Big Trend
The first time I saw the Hotwheels Braile Racer, It felt way different from many Hotwheels before. It was something fresh, intriguing, and new. The design alone is weirdly minimalist and maximalist, the metal/steel and the white Braile racer are very simplistic colours, and the Braille dots are the featured complexity and maximalist in the design. This Hotwheel made me go into the HW Celebration racers rabbit hole, and it eventually led to this video essay being produced.

You have long way to go to learn everything. I am every-day VRChat user for 5,5 years and i learned many through the time, so many problems you told are not even there. Good settings are very important to get good visuals without much lag or low fps. Blue light is not a issue, can set in VD and in Quest 3. I have in long sessions no problems with my eyes. Sitting animation are in some avatars. You can set it to some sitting pose animation. I guess you need find guides and how make good avatar setup in Unity. Your avatar is a bundle with some animations and GoGo Loco system was already added. I can just see it. VRChat is always CPU intensive, get good CPU. GPU is not main issue. I run fine on 5800x3D and RTX3060Ti in most worlds, and make sure your PC has at least 16GB memory, 32GB memory is way more stable. (8GB memory is big no-no, will crash a lot) Make sure your VR settings are not at wrong level. Lower it first and test it again. I use only VD, because it's much better than Meta Link, also very user friendly and easy in use. Only this way, you will enjoy it more and also will less exhausted. First time VR needs a lot time so your mind will learn how to deal with it. Then you will get less sick and exhausted. Also i don't like Desktop mode much, i like VR way more than Desktop. Link cable is expensive, you get even for that price good WiFi router and use it for VD wireless. Think about it. VD is not much heavier, it's mostly your settings.
I like your Video and just wanted to say that maybe one of these points is causing your problems with vrchat on pc. The Avatars and worlds on quest are much more performance optimised than on pc. The „best“ performance rank for Avatars on pc has only half the regulations than the worst performing rank that is allowed on quest. Also I don‘t know what pc you have but the system requirements for vrchat on steam are very low compared to what you actually need. (I don‘t have the experience myself but that is what I know so far) For wireless vr you most likely need a dedicated W-lan router that is directly plugged into your pc to get a good performance.(but it didn’t sound like that was the issue) (sorry if my English is bad)
yea, the quest worlds and skins are because of optimization and how that works. I have the dell g16 with the Nvidia RTX 3060, it plays many games really well, even RTX games. With a linking cable, it still lags when many ppl are in a world. With the Virtual Desktop, I have used my ethernet connection and still had some unresponsive movement with that, I have pretty good internet too. It might be running VRChat in non-VR could make it run better but idk. Its mostly the whole VRChat game being weird in my experience.
@@Silvyya Running VRChat in non-VR mode should make a big difference because you only need to render one image and not two at a time. So, you only need half the performance to run the game at the same quality. The biggest problem with VRChat is that anyone can create avatars and worlds. If someone doesn’t know how to improve the performance of their avatar or doesn’t care, it can easily kill everyone’s performance on the server (the same problem applies to worlds). If there are many people in a lobby, most likely the VRAM or RAM are causing problems. But your PC should be able to run VRChat. Because there are multiple versions of 3060’s with different VRAM sizes, it could be the problem. (12GB VRAM is recommended as far as I know) To be sure what the weak point is, you would need to monitor your resources while playing. In the gamesettings you could try to disable certain performance ranks (of the avatars) from being rendered if there is an option to do that. (I hope that helps)
yea, the rendering 2 images I think is the biggest part. Overall, steam vr still crashes if I'm alone or in a world with many people, so that's something I have not found the reason towards.
@@Silvyya Ok, than I don't realy know what you could do to improve performance. Maybe changing the settings for renderscaling and refresh rate could help. But I don't have VR so I can't say how much this impacts the performance and quality.
