When Einstein said time is the 4th dimension he just meant that it’s a new axis’s to measure things in as his discovery was that it was relative he never mentioned it containing any form of matter or being a spacial dimension like the first 3 dimensions

See the thing is imo, the grandfather paradox would have to involve a 4D being actively and is able to go to our dimensions in free will to change time for the grandfather paradox to be true. And 3D beings like us has not seen nor interacted with 2D beings (only replicated what it would be and how we can control them, via games or photos.) Which would possibly imply that there is clearly a barrier separating the beings (4D, 3D,2D,1D) from ever interacting from each other. So technically 4D beings could still control time to their will in "their dimension's 3D plains" But cannot actively go to our dimension and mess with the time paradoxes within our dimension cus there's a barrier stopping dimensions from ever interacting from each other. Time can still be 4D, but that doesn't mean that 4D isn't "only time", but is instead composed of many other things. Another way of saying it is that "time isn't the 4D dimension" because otherwise there's the grandfather paradox, but that would mean time CANNOT "be" any dimension but instead "in or inside" every dimension.

The 4th dimension is HIGHLY theoretical, there is 0 proof whatsoever of a 4th dimension... and even if there was a 4th dimension there is no proof it would be like they try to explain. For all we know time could be the 4th dimension and there is nothing else... After all we are moving through 3 dimensions like x,y and z but if you stand still you still move through time... Imagine this: im telling you i am on our world on coordinate xyz but not t (t as time), youre an beeing that can move freely in xyz + t, and i tell you im on coordinate 4,5,6 but you got no idea what time, meaning you wont find me since the earth moves through space and time so if you dont know the exact time you can just trace the space... its a little bit more complicated but time beeing the 4th dimension makes alot more sense for me then this nonsense with cubes going in and out of each other, like there is no matter...

I don't think the 4D being would see through anything, they would just see all sides of a 3d onject at the same time.

But what suggests 4D beings are like us? They obviously will not necessarily be born and percieve senses like we do So they have to have some limitations that orevent the grandfather paradox
