Hello, dear! You're right about all of those calls of Great-Tailed Grackles in the background! There are always so many of them here. I have been meaning to tell you about Joe Hisaishi's orchestra last month! Thanks for asking! It was honestly one of the most touching, inspirational, powerful, and memorable live music performances I had ever seen. He performed almost all of the soundtracks from Miyazaki movies that he had contributed over the last two decades like Totoro, Howl's Moving Castle, Castle in the Sky, Kiki's Delivery Service, Spirited Away, Ponyo, The Wind Rises, Princess Mononoke, etc. He showed bits and pieces of the movies on the large screen on the stage while he played the piano and conducted the orchestra and professional choir to the soundtracks. He also played the piano in some of the recent non-Ghibli classical music. He brought along his daughter who sang some of the signature songs from the Ghibli movies. I hope you will have a chance to watch his performance live, dear! You will love it and remember it forever like I did! 🎹 🎶 🌳 🐉 🐺

I hope he will come to your city on the tour in the near future! 🎤🎵 Joe Hisaishi's daughter was the little girl who sang "Lan lan lan lan lan lan lan 🎶" in "Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind" in 1984! She tours with her dad all over the world.

Thank you, Shannon-shimai 😀 There was a young lady who was feeding them nuts (she comes over frequently there) and she showed me her own videos where she was hand-feeding them at the same spot in the park. She also taught Blue Jays how to air-feed them by tossing nuts into the air and let them catch in the air! She was like a wizard of the forest! 🌳

Your observation is adorable 😍 Carolina Wrens are exquisite singers in the forest for me and I adore their vocal music 🎵 Hope chipmunks in your area will return to your backyard soon! 🐿️
