1）Boiling chicken
water, ginger, scallion, amomum villosum, star anise, bay leaves, dried chili pepper, cinnamon, Sichuan peppercorn, fennel, soy sauce, salt and cooking wine
2) Take out chicken
Evenly coat with sesame oil
3) Smoke chicken
sugar, jasmine tea, rice on aluminum foil paper

水，生姜、葱段、草果、八角、香叶、干辣椒、桂皮、花椒、小茴香、酱油、盐和料酒
