Believe it or not , President M7 has no spirit ov Ugandans, he knows his origin. He previously stated categorically that he's not a slave of Ugandans but rather working for himself, his family and grandchildren. The rest are squatters.

Ladies and gentlemen, I wonder how many of you in parliament understand that dictatorship does not depend on the will of the people. Rather, the aim is to render them powerless, so that the autocrats and despots in charge can act with impunity. Elections are a window dressing and not free, fair and credible as they should be. The institutions of government are dysfunctional or non- existent. Unopposed the dictator can get away with anything, including murder. We have had three of them in Uganda since 1966 up until today. You do not fool the world that we have a functional central government in Uganda, the judiciary or parliament. The sooner you admit the truth the sooner Uganda will be free. Talking for its own sake does not do the country any good, yet you know deep in your heart the cause of our predicament. The outcry this UCDA issue has caused throughout the country cannot force the dictatorship to listen, simply because dictators don't operate that way. They seize power and hold it by the force of arms the people be damned. It is the same script all three of them in Uganda have followed since 1966. Therefore, the time for talking in parliament is over. Unless we act now and act, we must, to forcibly get rid of dictatorship in Uganda, it will continue unabated. By doing nothing about it, we are prolonging the suffering. We cannot stop it at the polls in 2026. Nor are we likely to wait any longer after 38 years. When you get up one early morning to the sound of gunfire in the capital, I would not be surprised at all. I will know then that the dictatorial regime is no more. The day of reckoning is at hand.

But the Bill should be thoroughly explained and defended before the floor of parliament. Then we shall see
