Mandala Art Mood Love heart shaped Sign
This video shows how I made a gift for someone special. It's a wooden heart shaped "Mood sign" - if your mood has changed, just turn to the other side and everyone will understand that without words.
Colors used for the red tones side - Cherry Red, True Red, Bright Salmon and White.
Colors used for the blue tones side - True Blue, True Blue mixed with White, Turquoise and White.

How to paint Dot Mandala beautiful Designs

Making some samples of Dot Mandala designs to use them in my art works. Painting small designs is very good practice, and as we know, practice makes perfect. I'm practicing on black color paper using dotting tools, liner brushes and acrylic paints. I keep all my practicing samples so I can see my progress and not repeat my own mistakes.

Sharing with you my practicing process. Since my brush strokes are not perfect, I prefer to practice on paper. This also allows you to see how the brushes works with different paints and see whether the chosen colors combine. I'll keep these little paper works for myself as templates. Tool sizes: Pink dotting tool - 1 cm; Purple - 6 mm; Clear - 3 mm; Yellow - sharp tip stylus; Pink stylus - 2 mm; Green stylus - 3 mm; Clear dotting tools 4 mm and 5 mm; Blue dotting tool - 8 mm. Colors: Gold, Cherry Red, True Red, Cherry Red mixed with White, Forest Green, Festive Green, Green mixed with White.

Hi and thank you for your time😊🙏😊. Would it be possible to show how you managed the larger, diamond/star shape. In the video you didn't show it, probably because you did the smaller one earlier but i took ages trying to practise it and i still can't get it right🙈😅🙈.
Hi, that one was my very first video and it was a technical issue while making it so that part was missing. As larger dotting tool you will use, as larger shape you will get. Try to put more paint when you dotting with tool, so you can put paint a few more times on the same dot, and then with the sharp tip tool drag or pull paint for making edges. Please guide how to be good at swooshes with brush
First be aware with right paint consistency. If your paint is too thick use Paint Mediums to get a perfect paint consistency. Use Liner or Rigger brushes. Before you start doing your art work, practice on piece of paper to see if chosen brush and paint consistency are good enough. Start with lot of pressure and as you get closer to the end let up the pressure. So as you drug it out it gets thinner. I hope you find this useful.
