My favourite Quasimorph is back

I never liked this darkslop gameplay, because you end up building a game around rolling. Also, I play nethack, dcss, CDDA, dwarf fortress up to 0.47, etc for almost 2 decades now and I know a lot of people that play those games. No one of them plays those self-proclaimed rogue-likes, because they aren't roguelikes and they don't attract rogue-like players from the aforementioned games. Now, those things aside, this looks great, good mechanics in the combat with the traps killing enemies and whatnot, they don't need to ride the fromsoft, roguelike, shooter looter, actionrpg, etc hype train to attract players.

Taking Aim skill is working on Distracting shot. Use it before you move away with Distracting shot and it will hit mostly every time! :)) Also since your range and vision is bigger than your screen use middle mouse to scout around to see the enemies! :))

Splattercat is actually how I got into Quasimorph, and by proxy, your channel. Seeing you hop on Stoneshard is cool, because I actually started playing it before Quasimorph. I bounced off of it a little more though, it was too hardcore. I insisted on playing nothing but permadeath, and after around 30 hours of failed attempts, with my longest being a few hours (got the wagon finally, died the very next encounter) I decided I was going to let it cook some more and see if the issues I had with balance and difficulty would be addressed in any way. For me, it was a little too easy to get into an encounter that, if you make a single misplay or get a bad roll, your whole save and hours of progress is wiped away. Which, that's the point of playing that mode, but when such a small mistake essentially ends your run, it's more frustrating than rewarding. I haven't played this newest update, but it's gonna be interesting to see some of the new content from your series as I catch up.

29:44 New player here. How do you get to this "Exchange area" screen? :/ Whenever I click on a station I'm forced to select a character, then fly onto the station and I have to walk around and talk to people. It's very tedious to trade that way.
