Bit picky aren’t they?
Many times they are.
Did they leave?
Did it get you?
In lots of places.
That’s where your nieces bees got to
Too bad they’re rare Site these days
According to the serial number this sewing machine was manufactured in 1914.
I own the 3355. The power supply, the leg attachment doesn't work. Where are you located?
Thank you for the compliment. There is information available but very scarce on these machines, the Smithsonian Library is a source for the scarce information. I was able to download a 5 or 6 page I guess you would call an operational manual but very little other information is available that I have found. Have fun with it.
Brought it home today, completely brilliant. Your videos are the clearest information I have seen so far, very grateful.
This is a link to an eBay auction for the needles for this machine. The first one is for 100 needles the other is for 10 needles. www.ebay.com/itm/253614789811 www.ebay.com/itm/251565567149?var=553878643456
I'm fixing to pick one up this weekend have you learned any more? info seems scarce.
Very little information that I can find. It does run nicely with either a treadle machine or electric motor. The Smithsonian Library has information on a lot of sewing machines. Hopefully RUclips will let me share this link www.sil.si.edu/DigitalCollections/Trade-Literature/Sewing-Machines/NMAHTEX/0547/

You uh, may not want to be hanging around the particulate poision stuff being sprayed in the air. Just sayin.
This is why grown cats are either fed in separate rooms-or, at the very least, eat separate portions in the same room. That last part may sound paradoxical (maybe even a little silly), but it’s NOT. There are times when the members of a clowder do enjoy a communal dining area, but there are degrees of separation to be established. The reason I know this is because I share a house with six cats.
I have 14 cats. They have their own feeding bowls in different rooms. They know where their spots are when they are fed everyday.
Thank you sir! Much appreciated!👍
Looks like you got a nice one Dale.
Thank you. I wasn't expecting all the goodies that came with it, I did know it had the feet and the manual, I did not look at anything else. I was very surprised it had the dial a stitch wheel and instructions for the dial a stitch wheel.
Mine! It's all Mine!
She is still that way, and the other cats let her eat everything she wants and then they will eat.
Awesome! Great machine!
Sir this Rs
Thank You Dale I appreciate all your videos .

Kittens are extremely hungry all the time they can’t help it. These guys were probably starving.
Today I fitted a bobbin cover from a 27 sewing machine. It sews as it should.
Just got a damascus grand rotary today and I got a damascus v/s too my question is can the vibrating shuttle attachments fit the grand
By trial and error I have found out that as long as the attachment attaches the same way and is the same length from the presser foot Rod to where the needle goes through the foot itself it will work. I have a White Rotary and a White Vibrating shuttle both machines use the same attachments. The same with my singers. If you have an attachment, my suggestion would be to attach it to your presser bar and slowly bring your needle down to ensure that it goes through the hole and does not hit it.
@@dalesuhre6522 thank you very much sir I just checked and they do fit and now I dont have to hunt more down again thank you

Hi . Can I ask question Did you get any results in 2022 with this method ? Could you prevent freezing ? If yes how many percent?
Yes I had great results last year with this method. I had the heaviest crop that I've ever had last year even though we had freezing. The sprinkler system will only be effective if the low temperature is around 26 degrees Fahrenheit or higher. UC Davis has a lot of research on this method and it tends to raise the temperature by about three degrees fahrenheit. What we're actually doing is adding moisture to the air that way it takes longer to cool the air.
@@dalesuhre6522 could you please tell me how many sprinklers for each acre you put ?(how far apart are the sprinklers) I see your sprinklers were on the ground, how you can spray water on top of trees?
@user-ni9nb8ct9r The sprinklers are 30 ft by 40 ft, and there are 36 sprinklers per acre. Each sprinkler puts out about a gallon per minute, and the sprinklers reach a height of about 9 ft from the ground. The tops of the trees are never touched by the water.
@@dalesuhre6522 Thank you so much bro 🙏🏼
@@user-ni9nb8ct9r You're welcome
I would bet money that is a pfaff 130 with just missing stickers..i am not aware of any pfaff clones. There were singer 15 clones but i dont think anyone would try to copy the precise tolerances alomg with a cleated belt.. However, they are great machines ( i have 5 different pfaff models) with plenty of power. Keep your machine oiled and clean but dont get oil on the cleated belt.
Thank you,. I've been doing some research trying to find out if any manufacturer cloned the 130 and have so far came up with a complete blank. I'm really leaning to that conclusion myself that it is a Pfaff 130.
@@dalesuhre6522 it's a great machine though. Keep it oiled and clear of lint, dust; especially in the hook area. The German tolerances were very tight and even a loose piece of thread in the hook can cause a skipped stitch.
I'm thinking it's probably a cloned sewing machine. I know that Japan after the war made many clones of popular sewing machine models.
I got one of these W& G #10 machines about 2 years ago. I have fully serviced except I can't try it out as it is missing the bobbin and case parts. I keep searching. Nice to see one like mine working. I have over 200 antique machines and strive to get them all working.
I was lucky when I got this one it had a bobbin and carrier. I was able to take a bobbin for my singer 115 which uses the singer 20u sewing machine bobbin. I did not look to see if the bobbin carrier would also fit or could be modified to fit the Willcox and Gibbs. I did have to arch the edges of the bobbin inward to make it fit proper.
Here is an Ebay link for the bobbin case bobbin and hook. www.ebay.com/itm/Willcox-and-Gibbs-Industrial-Sewing-Machine-6-11-Rotary-Hook-Race-and-Bobbin/256003303992?hash=item3b9afc6a38:g:uzgAAOSw9RZj7nMT&amdata=enc:AQAIAAAAwBp952T2Wgbsuj/n/rX4cYsWtxblJe68pegyQ1sEQU4bHVU8h7QwqeU0Jmticte27Dev06HzlWf7qd86pM3IeX1dJ0o3ENy3Cq7JCa43ZM+DsMmcrz+u2aK0+iS7bkYYoSfDV7B59yRRR9eVU7J68B+aGG5CJHI0U+xjA9I6vkakT5W4UcwC+Yen0r3GadvFXZFtsVUwZ6tyvbQSIbihVlSfbSo9iOB/MeJkJfFhK8X1/H4yf9VU2Vn5vFTsp+imDA==%7Ctkp:Bk9SR8q8rcK5Yg&pageci=64d12132-e2f1-45a4-9089-255ad99c7c20&redirect=mobile
I’d love to see how to thread top and bobbin. I’m trying to get my grandmother’s Damascus Grand going.
When I get a chance I will bring the Damascus out and do a video on the complete threading of the machine. With the winding of the bobbin as well.

Aww, man! I paid twenty bucks for mine. Whites are sweet, I love mine! I have six and they’re workhorses of my sewing room. The 2134 is the oldest ad getting cleaned, just rescued her. Your machine looks great, everybody needs outlier examples for a collection.
This doesn't mean much without knowing where it was. Anyway 1.5" is not much. We got more than 10" in 24 hours in southern Sydney, Australia, on the 3rd of July this year. That is 25% of our average annual rainfall.
Northern california, severe drought, for the whole year January 1st to October 30th we had .25 in of rain. For the 2021 2022 water year which ended September 30th we got a 10.34 in. We had 8 in December of 2021 another 2 in October of 2021. Last water year we had 50% of our normal rainfall, this is the third year we have been in a severe drought. Any amount of rain is great. That inch and a half isn't a whole hell of a lot in a 24-hour period but when we haven't had any rain for close to a year it is a lot. Now we have had rain come down when we have five or six inches in a 24-hour period.
I've only seen one other Florence. Its in Weaverville California museum. It was bought for goldmines wife. It was the first sewing machine in the county brought in on a wooden sled 1880s.
I didn't know that there was a Florence Sewing Machine Company until I saw this one in Eighth & Maine Antique Center in Chico California.
@@dalesuhre6522 at the turn of 1900 there were 92 sewing machine makers.
@@joycedollar1198 Now whatever I see an old sewing machine I have to look it up on ISMACS. They don't have anything then I go to the rest of the internet. Up until about a year and a half ago I knew there was household sewing machines. I just didn't know there was a Household Sewing Machine Company .

What a great find. Beautiful machine.
Thank you. Today I resurfaced the cabinet. I plan on giving this machine to a friend of mine who has had a stroke, her neurologist suggested that she take up a hobby doing crafts to help regain her motor skills.
@@dalesuhre6522 that's awesome wishing her well and lots of enjoyment
I have this machine and just love it. It sews the straightest stitches ever....better than all of my others, including Singers, Jones, german machines, etc. It is a joy to use.
Of all my vintage treadle machines it is the quietest and smoothest machine running.
Hey man. I’ve had a 101 that’s in a bentwood that I’ve been trying to find a plug for. Idk much about old cords like this but how did you find one? Tested mine with alligator teeth and I know it works all I’m missing is the cord lol. I could really use your help 😅

@@dalesuhre6522 damn. Mine has a two holes so it’s been tough finding one that’ll fit

After harvesting, what is your conclusion about frost protection? Did the sprinklers work well for you? What percentage of your crop do you think you lost this year because of frost?
The frost protection worked to a great degree. For the Orchards that I have I don't think I could have got a better crop even without adverse weather. I have not received my production numbers for three of my varieties in my two Orchards. In one Orchard I have two varieties left that have not been hulled yet. In the other Orchard I only have one variety that has yet to be hulled. The first Orchard I still have peerless and Butte to be hulled. I believe when those two are accounted for I will have 160% of the 2021 crop. The second Orchard I already have twice as much almonds as I did last year and I believe I will match production from 2020.
I have just reassembled a singer 115 and I can’t get the bobbin thread to draw up. Any ideas what could be wrong?
Make sure the flat side of your needle is to the right not left.
Just found this at a garage sale today but the handwheel is broken. Any idea where to find a replacement for it?
I found the few pieces I wanted as spares on Ebay, mine was made by The National Sewing Machine Company. Antique Treadle National Vindex Sewing Machine 2314288 Wheel I was just looking at this one
Love that small cabinet.
