Let give pure o2 5lit per min.. so here 100% fio2 ..pt mv is 5lit per min... from that 5lit let say pt took 4lit and remaining 1lit from atm.. so how can we say fio2 is 40 ..but accutually its 84 (1+1+1+1+.2/4) so depends on mv ...but how can venturi mask can give fixed fio2 is it not affected by mv
