I take you down to Quebec City via the award winning Promenade Samuel-De-Champlain aboard a Radrover5 eBike and back across the famous Quebec Bridge which was opened to the public in 1919. The trip was entirely shot with an AKASO Brave 7 LE Action Camera.

En 1980, avec la collaboration du Club de Vol à voile du Québec, à Saint-Raymond, nous avons décidé de tourner un film en 8mm pour essayer de communiquer la sensation de voler avec un engin sans moteur. Ces planeurs utilisent les courants d'air ascendant de la même façon que les oiseaux de proie planent dans le ciel pendant des heures sans même battre les ailes. J'ai cru bon d'inclure les bloop...

STALKER is a thriller that was shot entirely on Super 8 film in the Dundas Valley Conservation Area in 1982. It went on to win the award for best Canadian film at the 1983 CIAFF awards in Toronto, La Palme d'Or from Antenne 2 in France and La Palme d'Argent for Independent filmmakers in Huy Belgium in 1985. The film was brought back to life by digitalizing the original in 2020.

A group of us did this line, from the UK, Germany, Netherlands, America and Canada, in 2013. Only we did it with a pair of RS18 locos, numbers 1821 and 1868, between Chute Montmorency and Pointe Au Pic (just south of La Malbaie). The railway was operating the Karlsruhe Method (geographical segregation option) as the ex-DB Class 628 was stabled at La Malbaie, and according to Canadian rolling stock standards, British and European trains do not comply with their crashworthiness standards. [Other methods of train separation using the Karlsruhe Method, are by the time segregation option and the automatic train protection segregation option.]
I just detected this very nice HD film as I was on a research for DMU 628 railcars in Quebec / Baie St.Paul / Massif de Charlevoix. I guess these trains are still (2022) in service? // The last time I was on board on DMU (VT) 628 102 was in 2007 in Bavaria on a trip from Kempten/Allgäu to Reutte in Tirol. // Thank you for this 6:41 long movie :-)

J’ai passé tous mes étés à Chiasson office lorsque j’étais enfant. La maison natale de ma grand-mère était là. De très beau souvenirs!

Acadia was not an Englisg territory from 1604 to 1755. It was fought over many times and finally became a British colony in 1713 under the Treat of Utrecht. I suspect the gun on the wall is a smooth bore musket not a rifle. Rifles were rather rare until the later part of the nineteenth century.

L'école où se produit la fabrication de chandelle se nomme l'école bourgeoise pour l'autre école je ne sais pas désolé 🙂
