HeY very interesting now came across this I would like to know if you can give me a estimate materials concrete for 28\30 foundation Thank you much🇹🇹🇹🇹
Are concrete bricks better than clay bricks?
does anyone know the dimensions (length × width × height) of the bricks used?
Red blocks WxLxH = 4"x 12" x 8"
Is this a machine made blocks ??
@@JozifStorm thank you.
Here's my problem you guys strip form the next day when the concrete is set lol. Why especially steps you need to strip steps the same day so you get a nice smooth finish.
Can we see more vids and the finished home completed..
Rough estimate of the cost of building a house like this.
Looks good like stuff progressing well and quickly but, stirrups spacing is not varied and ties are at 90 degrees; not sure about the proper concrete cover under the slab, did not see spacers; the stairs only seem to have lateral reinforcement.

Hi buddy contact me for scaffolding .. great work u doing
What was the cost to build this ?
Nice neat work only red flag I'm seeing if I'm not mistaken is the welded Z purlins
Please post more. Love your work.
Are those blocks made from clay?
Yes it is
I’m moving back to Trinidad eventually, and is exploring my options with contractors, architects, etc. can you give detailed information about cost, permits, utilities, home design, especially ones your company has done.. and contact information.. thanks.

Hi Calvin great video! Do you work with a architect when working on your projects ? In context with executing the full details of the house plan etc. do you have any additional videos with finished projects etc.?

Hey guys this is super work up to game with the narrative too RUclips pays you know
U guys working quick...I like that u got all done in only 8 days for such a big build
Not my taste...but those guys did it really good.
Looks good. Is this company still in business?
Yes call 399 4818
Trinidadian builders are famous for substandard work. They never ensure the steel in the trenches are covered with concrete on all sides, its always touching the soil somewhere. They put too much water in the mix causing substandard concrete. There is always mud and slush over the cold joints making it worse. They never properly soak and compact the backfill before casting and use excess steel to compensate creating a suspended ground floor. Over time the backfill settles and create a cave below the floor. They remove form-work from columns the next day not giving it enough time to cure
damn tell me how u really feel, but I know exactly what ur saying, I have seen that too much water in the mix for myself, I will be building when I return, I am doing a class so I will know what to look for during the build.
Very good work.👌👌👌
That looks like a really rough finish the steps along by looking wasn't cut properly because they never break the landing. Instead of having 2 landing they installed a continuous flight of stairs. Where is the plumbing for the kitchen and bathroom ooooo wait I'll install that later.
Question guys. If you have to build a tank stand for a 1000 gallon 1 block height from foundation to finish. What is the process?
You got through with this? I also need the guidance.
How much did the land cost?
