The foam on the top is the problem. The milk was overheated, causing the foam to separate from the milk.

exactly - maybe also amount of milk was to small what causes faster temp spreading .

It contradicted the tutorial, but thank you-it showed how incorrectly prepared foamed milk looks ;)
