Our first off-road testing of the Valkari X1 is successfully completed. We recorded this footage and made this short film covering the testing and to enable us to monitor back the performance of the trailer off-road.

After a tense morning on a previous lane, I headed out in search of another and came across the one featured in this video. Taking on the lane the new Jeep Wrangler rubicon and adding some racing stripes(scratches) to the paintwork in the process.

A short trip for sunrise, alarm set for 3:30am to make to the coast for sunrise and back home for 9am! well worth it. Bigger adventures await in 2021! but every little step we take gets our closer to our goals.

So your sleeping up top and need the toilet in the middle of the night you jump down on top the people sleeping below ? You squeeze inside to the table to eat then you have to set up the bed later? Maybe your trying to hard to fit a motel room in a matchbox.
not exactly, the camper has an ensuite toilet that folds out on the side of the camper, we keep the toilet inside just while travelling between camp spots so you have a private toilet space on the road. Then once at camp we move the toilet to the outside ensuite. Alternatively if you are only two people and want to sleep upstairs you could keep the toilet downstairs inside with the downstairs setup in dining mode. You have choices depending on how you want to camp.
Good to see the X1 out and about. Is there a max wade depth to the X1? Will there be a place for a spare wheel? I'd love to see it in the flesh as it were, hope that's possible soon. Great footage.
Max wading depth TBC. The X1 can be configured with a spare wheel, our prototype as shown in the video has the spare wheel mounted, it’s underneath. Visits will be to our facility in maidstone, Kent, when ready.
nice offroad camper trailer
Love the trailer. However here in the states having the water and gas lines exposed, they could get caught by a limb or something and ripped out. Should be a hard pipe attached directly to the body. Not sticking out. Great looking trailer that I'll never afford.
This is our prototype, we are working on a cover as we speak and gas lines will be hard pipes

Where's the toilet at?
there is a outside toilet/shower cubicle for once at camp, you can also use a portable loo inside the trailer whilst on the road. Its a very compact trailer so no permanent indoor toilet

I gotta say ..your a braver man than me taking that jeep laning in Kent. !! The first one ..through gate and uphill..used to be a very slippery chalk v gulley until it was resurfaced. Plenty ended up on their side . Glad you turned left at the top. If you.d have turned right another lane comes up on your right. ..takes you back downhill. At the bottom though it is very very very scatchy....on your right. ..and may lose a mirror...or one of those arches. When you turned into Allington farm....i thought ...oh no.... not up there...in that....! 😂 . . Hope you.ve got a good machine polisher. Kent lanes are tight...as my Defender will testify. Enjoyed the vid.. love the drone shots...even the non intrusive music. Thumbs up to ya. 👍👍👍👍👍
