Just tryna live life to the fullest without going completely broke.
My goal isn't to get popular or anything, I just started this channel to document some of my adventures and experiences. My channel is a place where I can store some of my memories, adventures, and journeys, and hopefully other people will find them to be interesting too.
(My channel is named after a Billy Joel song btw. It's a long story.)

Abandoned Factory Exploration
I guess this place is "semi-abandoned." There was still electricity and the security system was still operational. It was way darker in there than what it looks like, even with some of the lights being left on.

Ive always been paranoid of waking up in a empty being filled on me. Id have a few redbulls on that ride.
that would be terrible. I ended up getting off a ways before the coal mine at a crew change point, so luckily I didn't have to worry about that 😅

Hey man, amazing video! Your content never fails to remind me how beautiful the world can be! Just a question out of curiosity. I’ve been watching these types of videos for a while now. Specifically the ones with people climbing insane towers and things like that. And I really want to do that myself, I just feel kind of intimidated to try it myself. Any tips to get over a slight fear of heights?
Thanks! And it's totally alright and normal to not like heights, or to get nervous while climbing. I don't know if it's even possible to get rid of that fear. I used to get nervous and shaky while climbing too. The only way around that is to just do it. Just be safe. Avoid climbing grounded AM radio towers, and avoid exposed electrical cables, even if they're insulated because both of those could cause electrocution. Also, don't spend too much time next to RF transmitters. The radiation from those things isn't ionizing, but they will increase your body temp inside and out, and can make you feel kinda sick. They work kinda like a microwave, but just weaker.

I know a lot of people don’t like the music but me personally I prefer it on train hopping videos. Just choose whichever one you prefer great video man!

Ok cool! Yes, please just have the train noise and maybe a little talkin here and there so that we know where you're goin! But having a music overlap the video, nah don't do that please because there's nothing like the sound of a train!

Great night shots. Did you crank the iso settings at all? The foggy shots of that little substation and train lights looked dope,!
nah I didnt mess with the iso settings. It was in auto mode, so the ISO was already automatically all the way up because of how dark it was, and sadly it still didn't capture all the cool details. I also suck with cameras so maybe I just don't know what I'm doing lol. I'm glad I was able to get some shots through, whenever there was light nearby.

how do you hide yourself from people seeing you on the car?
the type of freight car I was riding had about a foot of wall all the way around the platform I was on, so it helped me be less noticeable.

Can you make them longer and just with the sound of the train? I mean I get it and understand the vibe but it's not like I always wanna feel like I just took a perkoset lol
lol yeah i get what you mean. i have other videos like that on my channel. Longer videos with mostly just original audio. Most people end up just skipping through most of those long videos though, the watch time is always at like 7-8% on my longer vids, which means people are losing their attention span and just clicking through lol

I went there last weekend. I was there from July 12th to the 14th. It was a good time. I only train hopped a short distance, but hammock Camping in another country was so fun lol.
