Hi Megan, sounds like you have some great goals and plans. Do you have to have a larger heat press for DTF transfers or can I use my HTVRont Easy press?

Hello, I just purchased this printer, and I watched the whole tutorial and the only thing my pc doesn't allow me to add exclusions. Now the website is down to get the phone number to call and have them help me set it up. Did you have the phone number by chance??

any one go to open the app at the end and get a warning that (after using google translate) says cant find dongle? I have them all plugged in still, but am so confused on what i did wrong

what do I do when my printer isn't printing the white......it prints the color fine....i tried to go back on printer settings to see if something wasnt checked.......it printed fine and I didn't use it for a couple days and now it wont print the white!!!

Hey I have a question!!! I am stuck!!! Your video has helped me so so much!! Omg! But now I am stuck!! My printer is printing the image over the white instead of the white over the image. How do I fix this so when I iron it on it shows the picture instead of white which should be the background of the image

When printing it asks for color first or both, which one did you select? I just put both and it printed the white under the color.

And these people are supposed to help you is a crack of shit. I downloaded the ‎WhatsApp app gave them. My info was talking to a technician for three days now since I received my printer today, I told them no one seems to get back two hours later they blocked meon WhatsApp app and now I am trying to get in touch with the company. They are not getting back to me. This is ridiculous.

I purchased this printer 7/14, it worked great for one week. Nothing but problems since. First it needed a new print head, then when I replaced that it needs a new motherboard.

I think the top of the head might have more definition if you had done that phantom stitch at the end to better define that shape. It is cute as heck anyhow.
