MK8 GTI Milltek Sport Exhaust Cold Start
Cold start of my MK8 GTI with the Milltek Sport Catback Exhaust System I freshly installed yesterday. No other modifications to the exhaust or car have been made (yet lol). The stock downpipe is still in place. Thanks for watching!

I got the Milltek Sport Ece one not sure If this one is or not, but to be honest Mine is loud but not blasting your ears off better then stock and the Clubsport muffler for sure.

Thanks everyone for watching! I will be making a more in depth video in the coming weeks as the system breaks in and I get more seat time. My MK8 GTI has the factory downpipe still in place for everyone who will inevitably ask 😅 Let me know if you have any questions about installation or first impressions!

Got a catless downpipe on my mk7.5 rabbit and it sounds a bit more open but I’d like an exhaust for a bit more noise & tone

It’s noise reduction artifacts. The dude took the video with his phone. It’s not a Hollywood production. The quality is good enough to hear the exhaust.
I have the same year and I keep hearing that the 7 speed dsg is not capable of producing dsg farts anymore due to it being tuned out. It sounds like you’re manual trans
Did it make check engine light go on?
vClue no check engine light. It doesn’t remove any O2 sensors so no need to worry about that
its an exhaust not a downpipe
