Hello, and thank you for your comment! I ate crab in Dubai, not octopus. Although I do not follow Halal, I have read it is allowed in most interpretations of Islam (but not all). But we do also like octopus, especially Judy! Regarding the camel meat, I understand it is not common. We were told that it is eaten only on a very special occasion like a wedding. We have only seen it for sale in America once, ground and frozen, in a specialty meat store. But we were tourists in Dubai, so we had to try it! Thank you for your interest in our videos!
