Can this Hart Stack be fixed? Let’s try! Plus, more early thoughts.
In this video, I try to fix the broken box from my Hart Stack. I tell what I like about this system in the few days I’ve had it, and compare it with the DeWalt pro organizer. I mention similarities and differences with Milwaukee Packout, and some other systems, but didn’t have those on hand like I did with the DeWalt.

Can this baby chainsaw make the cut? Let’s find out!

This video I asked a “baby chainsaw“. You might call it a pruning saw, or a mini chainsaw. whatever you call it, it is a little chainsaw and I thought if it could keep up and help clear branches, it would be super handy. I tell the story of why I needed it, and how well it did when I needed it to perform . The brand is O-CONN. In this video, I use clips from Tool Show (formerly Belts and B...

In this video, I talk about cultured stem cells, and why they could be a huge benefit for people getting surgeries in the future. . I also give a quick recap on the stem cell surgery that I had on one of my eyes. It was called a kerotal limbal allograft or KLAL for short. I talk about what my vision looked like before the surgery, and the fact that it made my vision clearer.

Good review
Please stop using power tools🫣
Glad you were able to get a new unit. I do like Walmart's return policy. Aslo good idea about the weather stripping. Nothing worse then separating the hardware and then them getting disorganized every time you move the unit.😅
Thanks, Joshua! I’m glad you like the idea. Yeah, I once had one of those cheap plastic packages with different size hardware come open and it all went all over a basement floor. 😂. Not fun. Not only did I have to pick it all up, but I eventually had to re-sort them. I think I’m going to eventually get some of the Hart drawers and some kaizen foam. I’m not sure yet if I’ll wait or get them right away. I think the foam will help a bit too.
Hey, do you know if Google Home or the AiDot (I've had issues with Alexa) app will let me use the bulbs for notification alert? When I'm in my shop, I sometimes run loud machinery for long periods of time. Even though I have flash notifications turned on, on my phone, if I'm not looking in the direction of my phone I'll miss it. Sometimes it's an hour or more before I think to look at my phone to see if I've missed a call or text. I need a light that comes on and stays on until I clear notifications. I'm getting really frustrated because I can't find much/any info on this, and it seems like it would be one of the most popular uses, given the 11 million deaf people and surely millions and millions with my situation. When I first thought of trying something like this, I actually thought I'd have tons of options dedicated to this specific purpose. I've found ZERO
I wish they made a large razor blade for cutting shingles for this. Going to try "roofers blade" because it will fit in the tool, but i don't know if it will even work well. I currently don't really use it , only because i don't have a battery for it, but i know it's basically sheetrock only, or styrofoam
Yeah, I’ve never used it for that. I wonder how well something like blade meant to cut EMT or another metal blade would work. It seems like those more teeth per inch you can get the closer it would be to a razor blade. I could see guys trying to Frankenstein some long razors from breakaway knives or floor scrapers to an old saw all blade with JB Weld or something, lol. Let me know if you find any solutions that work well for shingles.
I found a milwaukee "job saw" kit that is coming in the mail. Just a couple different blades from the kit, off ebay. Looks like it's discontinued, but It's got 11 different blades that are heavy duty and some long enough to cut shingles. I'm going to try world electric supply for the whole kit when I got the money
An affordable option is always nice. Ya an extra try would be cool add. Thanks for showing us these.
Yeah, definitely. My lid on the top is broken. I thought at first that the hinge pin just wasn’t in the right holes, but the plastic/polycarbonate is actually broken, so I’m going to take it back when I’m up in that area for church Sunday. You’re welcome, and thanks for watching and chatting. I appreciate you.
Looking to get the M12 tool this year since you get the free battery, thanks for the info and your time making this!
You’re welcome l! Thanks for watching and taking the time to chime in the comments. Yeah, some of the m12 tools are great. Sometimes you don’t need all the power of the 18v/20v stuff, and it’s nice to have a compact lighter tool for those times.
Really
Same concept as a line wrench for working on cars.
Would you recommend using the alpha 1100 batteries for this or Panasonic enelope
Great review! I can’t figure out how to create additional Matter codes in the AiDot app. Have you figured that out yet?
i got this tab today from my frnd
Thanks just got mine today.
Awesome! Let me know how you like it. I think it works way easier than a basin wrench.
Thanks for the review Rob; I know this is an older review but it showed me what I needed to know. I just picked one up today.
Cool, mine is still good. It starts up pretty easy, but I make a point to start it every few weeks and run it a bit to keep the gas fresh.
Just get a 2 wheel utility cart with a couple packout drawers, or a bottom drawer packout cart and compartment addition, a couple zipper bags to throw in the bottom, some 12v tools and expand from there. If I was booked on work I'd just spoil myself with nice tools and storage and just get to using them. What is a $1000+ tool purchase if it makes an extra 1k a year while being lighter, more professional looking, and more manageable? An improvement! Replace the totes with Rothco Renovator bags, there's no reason to be hauling those giant crappy boxes around. Load up smaller kit bags of fasteners/consumables/fittings/tape, label them, and throw them into the renovator bags or the packout compartments as you need them. Keep the totes in the vehicle or basement as your bulk supplies. If you don't need them or whats inside of them for a long time sell them off and free up space for more tools that make money. If your batteries and power tools are in bags in the packout, just take the bags out and inside so valuable tools and batteries are in the home and out of the cold at night.
Yeah, I think this is essentially what I should do. Maybe they’ll have some good sales on pack out for Black Friday or something. So far, I just have the large rolling toolbox and one of those small half size boxes that came with a hole saw set. I’ll get definitely get more eventually, but right now I’m trying to pay off debt to get myself into a better financial position. Ultimately, I think I’ll probably end up doing this. Thanks for the suggestions.
January of this year I brought a van for my business. Ford transit connect lwb. That’s helped a lot I park outside the house and have more than enough of what I need kept inside of the van at all times.
Yeah, I’m thinking I’ll eventually buy something like that. Right now, I’m using a minivan, which works ok, because the center counsel is hollow underneath,so I can put in pretty long things like 2 by material, pipes, etc. I appreciate the ideas. I’m definitely going to see what I can find used.
Try finding the expensive boxes used? 🤷
Dude, that’s a great idea! I will look to see what I can find.
@@rob-toolsandtech2521Hey Rob I hope you’re doing great, can I ask for a small 🤏 favor.its nothing odd or illegal:)
@@rob-toolsandtech2521I’m the same guy that won the Amazon gift card a couple years ago :)
5:17 is that legal ?
lol, probably not. Some of the Milwaukee fan boys would like to bring me up on charges. 😂
Great choice. Those boxes definitely are expensive. Yup guilty 😅
Thanks. lol, yeah, we probably all are. I’ve persuaded something back in place with my drill instead of going to get the hammer and tapping it in place. Fortunately I haven’t. I know I’d regret it if my M18 battery started smoking or something. 😂
I still remember and have the gift card you sent me , thank you, your a good man
Thank you! I appreciate you saying that. I also appreciate you watching and commenting!
Im using this generator right now, I bought it on ebay in 2019 and this is the first time i've used it for longer than just testing it. I've ran it for about 35 hours so far, the air filter got gummed up with oil somehow and I had to take out the foam just to get it to run. It's hotter than hell of course right after this hurricane and it's October tomorrow. 90F! So I have 2 window units, my fridge, a box fan, and the UPS for my computer setup/modem. The UPS I thought would be a good enough buffer since this generator doesnt have an inverter, but it isnt really. The throttle has to be just right for the UPS to charge at all. If it goes below 120v for even a second, it stops charging. So if you want to charge a UPS or power anything that may need an inverter, i'd say it's a bad choice. That being said, the few days i've used it so far, it runs well. The propane is not as smooth as the gasoline, AND make sure to use ethanol free gasoline. I got some shitty gas in there, fresh from a gas station mind you, and had to keep adding B12 to get it to run correctly and charge the battery. I've been baby sitting it all day. Pretty good considering it has sat there with oil in it (but never gasoline) for several years. Gas is also getting into the oil, I changed some of the oil and smelled it. The ethanol free gasoline I've had stored for almost a year in jerry cans will run just fine though.
Good info. Thanks for sharing. Yeah, I’m running ethanol free in mine. I wanted to be able to store some gas and just cycle through it occasionally.
Those are cool. Yeah extremely helpful in those tough spots.
Yeah, for sure, brother! It’s one of those things that don’t get used often, but it super helpful in the right situation. Thanks for always talking in the comments. You’re helping to build the community and I appreciate it!
@@rob-toolsandtech2521 My pleasure. I almost bought a flex today! Told myself next time. I had other tools. Hopefully you are having a decent weekend!
Good video. I wanna pick this one up soon, just for pipes, small boards, tree limbs, nails, pvc, aluminium, thin steel and similar stuff. I wanna get the bosch full size recip too 😎
Yeah, I think it’s great for that kind of stuff. I don’t blame you, sometimes you need the power of a full size. It definitely helps to have the right tool for the job. I’ve tried too many times to get by with what I had. Sometimes it’s just worth it to get something that’ll make the job go easier, for sure. Let me know how you like it.
you roached the bit in the hardwood and then it was too dull for the plywood. it probably would have been fine with a new bit.
Very helpful video thanks👍🏻

Thanks Clint, I appreciate it, man. I was thinking next time I get a new Ryobi tool, I should pronounce it Ree-obee and I could put in clips of you saying “ Rye-obee not Ree-obee” every time I say it. 🤣
$37 is super affordable!
Yeah, I was really impressed with it. I wasn’t sure if the chain would be falling off, or if it would cut, but it’s really handy.

I agree with a lot of your points here. I end up having to "purchase" House Hunters International episodes and seasons because I just can't find them available in monthly services. 😅
Yeah, it’s frustrating how fragmented the streaming services have gotten. I get why the make exclusive deals, but it’s especially frustrating when a show disappears when you’ve still got a few seasons to go. Ive recently cancelled a few services, because they add up when you start signing up for enough of them. That sounds like an HGTV type show. I used to watch Fixer Upper” and “Property Brother” and a few others, but I haven’t had that channel for a while.
❤😊 the medical tech field is amazing. Great information. God is good! And enjoy the upcoming weekend 🎉
Thanks Joshua! Yes, he definitely is very good. Thanks, I hope you have a great weekend too.
Doesn’t work with kitchen faucet one inch. It’s a piece of shit .
Can you group these bulbs as one set?So when you turn off it can turn off 3 bulbs together (my lamp has 3 bulbs in it)

This is a great pump but for the sake of the viewers it pumps *_much_* slower when hooked up to a garden hose.
Interesting. That makes sense, because of the smaller diameter of a standard garden hose. I’m sure length would affect it too. I think my corded pump has a max hose length that is recommended to use. Thanks for taking the time to let us know.
very good, thank you!
You’re very welcome! I’m glad it was helpful. Thanks for letting me know.
I have that light. Always remove the battery otherwise light turns on by itself.
lol, that would be weird. I definitely noticed the phantom drain. It’s frustrating because it would make a good emergency light, but you can’t have it running your batteries dead if you’re in a blackout or something.
Simple, helpful - thank you!
Awesome! I’m glad it was helpful. Thanks for letting me know.
Its not the same with many Apple products, that keep practical for years, mind you Apple have now unjustly blocked ALL iPod 1, iPod 2, iPod 3 and iPod 4 users off the App Store and the iTunes store.
Yeah, my iPad mini has served me well for many years. I’d like to get an iPad Pro, but am working on paying off credit cards, so I’m not sure yet if I’m going to get one this year.
That is quiet. I had one of the squeaky ones. Good review. Pretty indepth and very informative.
Thanks, Joshua, I appreciate it. I had a large magnifying glass on an arm like this once. I think the spot where the springs attached to the arm was getting rusty, so occasionally when you moved it just the right way it would make a noise like you were flinging the spring with your finger. 😂. Did you work in radio or audio production of some kind?
@@rob-toolsandtech2521 no I Never worked in that field. My daughter was starting out in tic Tok and she needed one and I bought one. It didn't last long lol.
👌. Thank you for review.

Recently got my hands on this because it was sitting in dust on my dads shelf with no one using it, so im putting new life into it. It's slow and laggy at times due to its age and software, but its a decent ereader! I definitely wouldn't use this for anything else though 😅
Yeah, I agree, t can definitely be pretty laggy. You definitely wouldn’t want to rely on it for demanding tasks. 😂
I agree. I like affordability. Hopefully you are enjoying your week!
