The only (and very basic) problem is that it isn't an S Type, it is a Mk2. Basic difference? S Type had a IRS and a longer swept tail in consequence. Sorry!

Cyclists are permitted on any road other than motorways and a small number of roads over bridges or through tunnels, where they are specifically prohibited. My daily cycle commute involved a 2 mile stretch of dual cariageway, as there was no viable alternative. Generally cyclists will avoid fast roads though as they're very unpleasant to ride on due to the buffeting, noise and fumes.
