I’m sure your husband is very appreciative! It really annoys me how Pumpkins are being sold everywhere as Halloween decorations so pleased you’ve demonstrated an easy pumpkin recipe during the season - anything to remind people it’s food and not something to carve and discard all the innards!

Thank you for the pumpkin tip, I always find it so hard to cube up raw!

You always use your microwave well and creatively, I tend to only use it to heat up leftovers, not really cook

I enjoy your and others’ videos demonstrating cooking plus other aspects of living in Japan. I’ve (too short!) visited a couple of times and had incredible experiences e.g Tokyo Fish Market at 5 a.m in pouring rain followed by freshest Sashimi for breakfast! I hope husband appreciates it - If not, upend it on his head! Really enjoy Japanese food and get most ingredients easily in the West but for some reason, can’t easily source Umeboshi - probably because it’s not liked by most Europeans. I buy online - expensive!

OOOOO thank you for your videos. I especially liked your way of making stuffed peppers. It never occurred to me to make them in a fry pan. I have always been taught to stuff them whole and put them in the oven. I will be having that for my lunch today. I am in south central Alaska in the USA.
