Since the 1st gear was too powerful to hold and control in that incline, I tried climbing it with the second gear and it seemed to be perfect. However, I did not burn the clutch and I released it fully after it gained little bit of momentum, just like using the 1st gear.

Just tried my hands on the Yamaha R3. It was a rainy day, wet roads and while almost nearing Ecstasy speed, suddenly I noticed Barrels and Barricades blocking the lane. Dude just a question. Which model is your R3 and how r the brakes?? I have a RC390, but the brakes aren't so great when you stop at high speeds!
This is the first lot bike. 2015 model. No ABS on this but I've learnt from 2 stroke era :} Also, as you see, I didn't hold the clutch while braking. I let the engine braking do it's part too

Looks like you are riding a F800gs instead! Good going with the Ducati! Any problems with the bike so far!? I have an F800gs that is awesome, but I want to get something different in 2017...
moulin6801 Hey thanks buddy!! Problems, none. But maintenance is high. Front shocks busted and thats the only problem I faced, after replacing, no problems. F800GS is an excellent bike too and doesnt stand a chance in comparison with the Scrambler since both are different genre bikes. 2017 you will have a lot of On/Off bikes to choose from. wait till April 2017 :) Ride safe buddy!!!

@mohit bhagat This bike has Michelin. Didnt want to risk a wonderful bike with MRF. Anyways, Michelin isnt good either. Upgrading to Pirelli Diablo Rosso II soon :)
