Everyone at some point goes through hardships. Everyone at some point fucks up. Everyone at one point wishes they may have done something different. I was a woman who was abused, stabbed my stepdad at 11, watched my mom hit three lines off some glass and slice her wrists in front of me at 9 years old. I am the one who watched my mom get 22 staples in her head from getting hit in the head. I was the kid who was stuck to care for myself and my sister. At biker parties, started smoing at 11 doing pot at 12 and meth at 13. Was in a comma at 17 for 3 days induced for speed balling coke and jack. In and out of foster care in Regional juvenile correction faculties, locked up in mental health wards on a few occasions. And seen all sorts of demonds in my life. But at the end of the day clean 22 years, living a solid life. And realizing i dont regret a thing. I dont want to change a thing. And .i cant change the past. Thats what built me to become the person i am today. Strong, fight hard for what i got and need and wont give up. We all go through shit. But at the end of the day owning your mistakes takes you further, making changes and empowering others to make positive choices. Thats whats life is about. I am so happy she gets that and can let others know to keep moving forward ❤
