She’s 6 years old now. In the video, she was 5 years old.

It was bought second hand from a local Facebook sale group. I don’t where the original owner got them. I’ve given them away to a therapist for use with other kids.

I instead of a printer ... you should draw the points on paper? Note that each braille caracter has 6 dots. You can get help on google image search engine to find out where each point goes within the 6 dots.

Fgmimiva there’s no set time. For this activity, she’s obsessed. She will wake up before the alarm to do it by herself. She’ll also want to do it before bed. I tailor according to her interest and level of learning. She’s engaged because the activities are creative and fun. Nothing is forced so time can range from zero to hours depending on availability.

Fgmimiva She holds writing instruments on angled surface initially with both feet touching a base/floor seated at a table to address hypotonia. I may include this important specific in one video someday. I’ll be working on a video to show her writing her name without tracing. You’re welcome to ask questions 🤓
