LoL 😂 it was an experience. Probably not one I'd do again.

We have a 40 g tank fits inside our motorcycle trailer. Between the motorhome tank and the spare we have about 8 days. Then we take the motorcycles and go get more water. Generally there's a water source not very far from where we camp.

Honey bee has only been shod once in her life. If the trails are rocky I put boots on her. Now if we go back to Arizona I would put pads and shoes on both horses front and back. Generally I trim my own horses in the road but if they get to long, I'll Google local farriers or when we were in Florida I just posted on a Florida page and a farrier came within a couple days. The power of social media pages in the horse world has been our go to. Your always meeting some super people that become good friends

The hosts are not the same people. But yes I think you can do that, we did come across a hiking trail with a camp spot from there. I would contact the Florida water management to better answer that question. Enjoy

Honey Bee and Oakley are Canadian draft quarter horse crosses. There's 2 Canadian breeds, the Canadian warmblood and the Canadian draft.

We are never gone more than 4-5 hours and we watch the weather. We're hoping to be back in Arizona 2025.

Not sure, things must have really changed. There is no round pen, dogs are allowed and across the road was a couple farms and a business. . Although the road was busy with delivery trucks and Fed ex.

Hi Lisa All our feed is from tractor supply. The hay is consistent. We also feed compressed alfalfa grass and beet pulp. The 2 string gets fed at night it lasts longer than the compressed because they love alfalfa grass hay. If we get somewhere that a tractor supply want on route, which doesn't happen often. We will take the bike and trailer out to get what we need for our stay

Unfortunately we leave Florida March 19. Our videos are 2 months behind us. LoL

I'm guessing that you didn't watch the whole video. @20.05 I explained the water. There is water within 50' of every site. There's 2 wash bays. Yes there is no electric sites here and you would have to run a generator. But it cannot run after 11 pm. If you need more information you can Google Florida State Parks/ShangriLa. If I didn't mention stalls or electric or show you in my videos, then there isn't any. Thanks

@@pleasureridervHoping you have a very blessed and enjoyable time. As info, some hiking buddies from Birmingham, AL are coming down to the Laurel area and we're going to camp one night at the Longleaf Horse Trail campground (as you did when we met). Will do a few day hikes and enjoy the solitude of this campground (especially during the week). Might try to remember where you camp and go there. 😀 God Bless!

It's not a trailer, it's a 40' motorhome.

We mostly primitive camp. We have only stayed in 1 park in Florida this year that has services. The places we stay need to have some sort of water source for the horses. Other than that we have solar and tanks that we can go for up to 13 days before needing to be emptied. Now when we went to Arizona we did allot of boondocking on BLM land. But I think primitive and boondocking are pretty much the same.

Cool, looks like fun. :) I would want to do more primitive/boondocking camping. I agree that they are pretty much the same. Yeah, water is essential. @@pleasureriderv

There is a deer trail behind our campsite they go by twice a day and sometimes stay for a rest for a few hours.

Hopefully some day we will make it back to BC.
