I don’t generally pay attention to my metrics as they don’t affect how you get orders on the platform, but last time I checked I was 100% on time, 100% completion, 20% acceptant, and 4.9 customer rating!

@@Drews_Spark_AdventuresHow to stay 100% on time? I just started Spark and shop and deliver orders really worry me. The Spark app always gives me impossible timeframe with S&D orders and I feel like I’m doing it wrong. 2min-5min to get to the store, 5min to shop and checkout, and then like 8min to do a 15min-20min drive to deliver! Feel like I’m failing the whole time. Been doing DoorDash up until recently. Have done 3100 deliveries on there. Spark is definitely more of a learning curve comparatively. Lastly, the non fish-eye view looks best in my opinion😁

I mean the just for you orders have been always a thing it’s the ones that have timers on them. As far as bots I’m sure there is but I haven’t ever actually seen someone show one off to me so I can’t confirm it for sure. I’ve thought some people have had advantages but some people honestly just have better luck/I think there are hidden metrics that spark doesn’t tell us about. I’m intrigued that they don’t have FCFS anymore in Colorado I wonder if that just means because everyone grabs them before they can come back around.

There are 8 Spark drivers that work out of my preferred home store that will consistently receive offers before others, consistently receive more offers, and consistently receive better offers Most have average, or below average metrics, average, or below average shopping, and delivery performance, and all are picky Four have multiple incident reports, they've delivered to the wrong address multiple times, and they have really bad attitudes towards customers They don't use bots, it's just that the algorithm consistently, and heavily favors specific Spark drivers It's so bad that some Spark drivers will go home, or quit early when many of these drivers are working, and many have called support multiple times about this issue The only times other Spark drivers do well is when it's super busy, or most of these drivers aren't working This issue is causing suspicion, division and hatred

I try to get information out there but a lot of times it’s like one change at a time and feel like it’s a waste of time making a short for simple changes so glad they pushed out a lot of changes
