When I used the voucher to pay for short/cheaper flight a year later, they didn’t credit me difference. After 3 years of one sided complaint they now have responded by saying the original terms of the credit have expired! Total bunch of thieves…never uses them, uses Air Asia or Cebu Pacific instead
