I have right now 2 Okai Neon Ultra cause I didnt know what to buy for commuting but I really want a 72v one for me and my bro so we can go further and fastes. One of the most anticipated scooters pf the year and they do all of these tp their clients? Thats crazy.

@@ngtrdr1565 I buy them in 2's cause I have my own house and a lot of space and when my brother or friends come i preffer having scooters to go out and have fun instead of a gaming console or staying here smoking weed (legal medical weed in Puerto Rico) and watching tv cause I dont drink dont like tv and its better to talk outside having fun. So you saved me from 2 headaches, thanks a lot. Do you know if the RS5 has a lot of issues to?

@@Runamukker hello and sorry you had issues out of the box. This is not fun but we can def assist. Did you watch Paul from ESG’s final review on the RX7? If you notice how he shakes the stem while he is turning the silver knob this absolutely works. You don’t have it tight enough, it only takes a tad bit to make this go away. Please try this method on the stem and see if you can get it to turn that folding knob just a tad bit more. Turn hard when you are shaking the stem! Make sure you have the second clamp right after the first and especially make sure you have the final clamp very tight. This one needs some muscle out on it. If it is easy to fold then it is too loose. For the LumiLor the easiest trick is for us to send you a connector and you do a simple splice red to red and black to black, then wrap with black electrical tape and then tuck back undder the good looking black wire cover. We can bring it to Denver to this but it is really a 15 minute job and simple. We can send a video. Please let us know. We are def here for you!

I found the video and tried shaking the stem while tightening...even used the strap...it took about half the wobble out, but there is still some there, and it audibly clicks when pushing the handlebars forward and back. It's coming from the very bottom of the billet cylinder. Could something else be loose like the aluminum thing it butts up to? Im ok woth spicing the wires with video instructions fyi. Unfortunately, we have a competitor mole that has put forth the effort to try to smear the RX7 in any forum possible and going as far as making three videos to attack compound the fake reviews. The fact is that we have had very few issues with the LumiLor and the couple that we did have the issue with had their scooters fixed and returned in a few days. However, Mr. Nabi is yet to contact our service department or have one single item he claims is faulty repaired.
